Theres alot of plugins I want to install but I dont know how can anyone help?

You need to upload the plugin files to inc/plugins using some FTP software. Then you need to go in to your admin control panel and there is an option called plugins on the left hand menu. Once clicked there is a simple panel to install plugins, to change plugin options you need choose the change option under Board Settings and scroll to the bottom where you will now find a new section for each mod installed.

I think that is pretty easy to follow, feel free to hit me up if you get stuck
