I already have it half-done. Probably by next friday but I hope sooner. These paypal ipn's take more time to debug and test.

Actually it does work IF it's already installed from a 1.2 upgrade. What won't work though is a fresh install to 1.4. What won't work either is the PM you get when you have a new subscriber. But the system is working here just fine other than that. The problem is that the install for plugins on 1.4 has changed but essentially settings and such work the same.
