Well, if I'm understanding what you're asking, you need to go into your theme and scroll down to Alternating Table Row 1 and change the Background hex color. Note that this will also change the color of alternating posts on your forum. See screenshot for more info:

Admin CP --> Themes --> Modify / Delete --> *edit your theme* --> Form Elements --> Buttons

Oh, sorry, I didn't realize I needed to scroll to the right to see the rest of your screenshot. LOL
