Would it be possible to make this plugin work with Paretje's game section opening this month... So if you get highscores you get badges ect ect..
Yes that's possible. You would need to make adjustments of course.

If he has hooks in Game Section than that can be done via another plugin (bridge).

Hmm...I don't want to make it overly complex for what amounts to a small thing.
I would prefer to work on something I have in mind for integrating the medals with the voting system for MOTM. I think that would be a great feature. Where you can nominate MOTM or other awards to members based on votes.
Is there any award images that I can use?
