Quote:You most likely have extra myps settings in your mysql table. You will need to go in with phpmyadmin and delete them all. I advise you do this and reinstall myps. Something has gone terribly wrong with your install.

What version of php and mysql are you on?

btw when you translated the help docs did you do it directly in the myps plugin file BEFORE activating? Most likely that's the problem.

You do realize you can edit the help docs in admincp under HELP DOCS > Modify/Delete. You should edit the MYPS Help doc there to prevent any problems.

searched for "myps" in sql i thought i cleaned all of them, but settings still can not be changed Sad they stay by default what ever i set
the only option i can change is the name of myps
Well obviously you haven't found them all. Sort by name and look for them that way. You really should totally remove myps 100% templates, template changes, and the mysql stuff. Then install fresh.
I entered myphpadmin clicked "search" entered "myps" it shows me:

Code:
Search results for "myps" (at least one of the words):  0 match(es) inside table mybb_adminlog
0 match(es) inside table mybb_adminoptions
0 match(es) inside table mybb_adminsessions
0 match(es) inside table mybb_announcements
0 match(es) inside table mybb_attachments
0 match(es) inside table mybb_attachtypes
0 match(es) inside table mybb_awaitingactivation
0 match(es) inside table mybb_badwords
0 match(es) inside table mybb_banned
0 match(es) inside table mybb_captcha
0 match(es) inside table mybb_crs_backup
0 match(es) inside table mybb_datacache
0 match(es) inside table mybb_events
0 match(es) inside table mybb_favorites
0 match(es) inside table mybb_forumpermissions
0 match(es) inside table mybb_forums
0 match(es) inside table mybb_forumsubscriptions
0 match(es) inside table mybb_groupleaders
0 match(es) inside table mybb_helpdocs
0 match(es) inside table mybb_helpsections
0 match(es) inside table mybb_icons

where else should i search?
And I got this message:

Code:
Error
SQL query:

SHOW FIELDS FROM `mybb_joinrequests` FROM `starall_omsk` ;

MySQL said:

#1016 - Can't open file: 'mybb_joinrequests.MYI'. (errno: 13)

may be this is the key to solve the problem?
i can't open the table:
Code:
mybb_joinrequests        in use
not sure about those join requests but you are lookin in the wrong table for myps settings. Try the mybb_settings table.
looks like i srewed up SQL db Sad i can't enter some strings.
well due to impossible chenge of options i just changed the defaults of plugin Smile it helped
Try a table repair for mybb_joinrequests.
myphpadmin sais that mybb_joinrequests is in use and can't access Sad
Code:
#1016 - Can't open file: 'mybb_joinrequests.MYI'. (errno: 13)
You will need to contact your host then.
looks like i fixed that Smile just deleted damaged table and created again
when I try to translate docs the variables don't work Sad
