I'm so mixed up with reputation system of mybb 1.2

I cant see any button to reput a user . please do me a favor and help me with this issue . How users reputations change ?

I know I'm so funny with my question ...

It's on the top right in the users reputation page...as a button "rate user". You can get there from the postbit by clicking the reputation number.
