What I want is to put the medals in the template "postbit"
because I have the plugin thanks ... and when I <br /> <! - AWARDS ->
out the information below but above the counter thanks
I just want to <br /> <! - AWARDS -> in the template postbit
as I do.

Make sure you're using the exact text. <! - AWARDS -> is wrong.

You have the code in the wrong place, put it on the postbit_author_user template instead the postbit template.
No, look, I want to put <!-- AWARDS --> in the template postbit. and not in postbit_author_user
You have to change the plugin file to do this. In the future ask questions about a plugin in the release thread.
