Are you trying to deactivate the plug-in or get back to the old version?

Why would you erase all uploaded files to get rid of a plugin? All you have to do is delete that one file. If you don't have an admin CP, that means you've deleted actual mybb files that you need to reupload.

Just deactivate the plugin in admincp. The files sitting on your server will cause no harm or load to your server unless the plugin is activated.
If you deleted files and screwed up your admincp...then you deleted something you shouldn't have. Get the mybb download and upload all the files...except for inc/settings.php, inc/config.php, and the install folder itself. That should fix any problems with missing files.
May I ask why you are uninstalling?

You might want to check the files that came in the original plugin, and then only delete them.
