RE: Search Log
I can confirm fixmaster's error. However the new plugin file from your previous post corrects the problem.

RE: Search Log
I am having issues with this plugin.
It is only showing search logs for Moderators and admin and not registered members or guests?
Any fixes you can suggest?

RE: Search Log
This works good for all.

But if your members cant search or they dont search nothing you dont see that log, ok?

RE: Search Log
so if they dont find a result on the search it does not list?
I would ideally like to be able to find everything they have searched for?

RE: Search Log
That's impossible that this plugin won't show all the searches. You must have a setting wrong for search or permissions.

RE: Search Log
where are all the setting again and i will take a look...Cool

The exact issue is if a guest searches for something that is not one the site it does not show in search log which is a shame as it woul be nice to see what guests are searching for so we could add content if required.

RE: Search Log
Well if it's zero results then it might not log the search. Let me look.

EDIT: Yes confirmed. If results are zero Mybb doesn't log the search. This is mybb behavior and I understand why it does this. Sorry but it's unlikely I will alter this plugin to reverse that effect. It would require some serious additional code with minimal benefit. If indeed people are searching for things not on your forum then it's likely unrelated content or a bad search.
