Any chances to get the users awards saved when deactivating the plugin?

Sometimes we would want to deactivate the plugin but don't loose all the hard work having to award again Smile

I guess this can be done with the "Uninstall" and "Deactivate" features in the MyBB 1.4 plugin system, is this right? Big Grin

Ugh..just use the settings to disable. It will not display then.

so... anything else i can do to make this work?

RE: My Awards 1.0 - labrocca - Oct 14, 2008

Yes give me FTP and admincp access. I would like to find out why you are having this issue so I can make sure it doesn't happen to others. It could be some server configuration or a bug with having the forum in a directory but no one else seems to have the issue.

Please don't be shy about my access. I have access to dozens of server sites and have never abused. Make temporary logins if you need to. I go in..do work...get out...you delete accounts. I can probably fix this in 10-30 minutes.

If this helps... On my forum I set up a user 'test' and just change the password regularly. I use it to test user settings and plugins from a member's view point as opposed to an admins, as well as letting people login if I have errors I can't resolve. I would feel extremely confidant letting labrocca login to my forum.

ETA: Just give the 'test' account the rights that labrocca will need to fix everything and then take them back away when they are no longer needed.

3. Will look into that. (fixing it now)
4. I could have sworn I had that as part of Lang but will fix it next release. (edit: loooked and Delete is in lang file but not changed in admincp) As for the My Awards as the navigation...that's going to stay as that is the title of the plugin and I am not going to translate that.

And your translations are appreciated.

Ok Labrocca, can you please post here and let us know when you release a new version of this great plugin? I'm suscribed to this thread now Big Grin (and I don't know if you post new replies when releasing a new version; that's why I'm asking Smile )

Edit: jaja, nice images on the demo, may I ask where did you get the icons? did you get ALL of them from iconbuffet? Those icons are cool Big Grin

Yes I do and that's why I encourage people to subscribe to threads. I have a special addon planned too that's going to make plugin tracking easier. Smile

Also consider subscribing to the plugin release forum so on new threads you are notified.
