Camouflaged buttons...!
On my forum, I have a large background image, and then, so as to not obscure it, a white png image with 50% opacity for the container background.

This looks good... except that some buttons are becoming lost in the background - most notably the buttons for confirming sign-up details, and the one to post a thread: possibly the most important buttons of all!

My query, then, is this:
Is it possible to modify the background (for instance, making a small square area of 100% opacity around the button) for the relevant pages?

Or... should I just opt for a different site background?

Any help appreciated!
Could you provide me with a link?
I'll have a look and then give you some advice on what I think is best.
