Possible Chat Feature?

Is there a plugin that would allow for members to chat on MyBB, possibly with people they add to their 'Buddy List.' This would be a very useful feature for a MyBB forum to have, in my opinion. If there isn't one, could one be made?

Also, perhaps just a general chat room for anyone online that wants to enter it? Ideally, I'd like my future forum to have both.

I think he looks for instant chat and not shoutbox. There is a free chat solution here.
