I'm on page 2 of the thread, haven't read it all:
1) Many webmasters have had problems with Paypal. A Moneybookers version seems like a great idea. Has there been other calls to create it?

2) Does the Paypal IPN mod 1.2 and / or 1.4 automatically degrade users who cancel, or do we need to do it manually? Thanks.

RE: IPN Paypal Subscriptions
Moneybookers offer no Subscription support. AlertPay does though and it's possible one day that might get integrated.

2) It will automatically remove them once the subscription has ended if they do not pay again. They can cancel and it won't effect their subscription period. However if you refund or there is a dispute...their usergroup will revert. It's all pretty much covered.

RE: IPN Paypal Subscriptions
How about PayDotCom? I think they support subscriptions and they can send you checks or pay via Paypal. 2checkout.com is good too...
