If You Have Country Flag In Postbit Installed; You don't Need to Reupload The Flag Images.
Install:

• Upload ./inc/plugins/cfoi.php into your ./inc/plugins/ folder
• Upload ./images/flags/ to your ./images/flags/ folder (create the flags folder if it doesn't exist)
• Go to your PluginManager and Activate the "Country Flags On Index" Plugin.
  

Settings:

• Show Flags Of Online Users?
• Fid Of The User Country CustomField?
• Whats The Path To Your Flag Images?

What:
* Shows All Country Flags Of Online Users. If They Filled In There Country.
   

Note:
!!!! Country Flags In Postbit Must Be Installed !!!!

Update:
Deactivate 1.2.* version; Upload 1.4 version && activate.

how we make it so they appear of normal size

That's their normal size ? They don't get resized ...
I didn't make the images so don't blame me.

they look good....not that bad
i suppose images are like this so they fit in nicely and they look better if there is more than one country online.

for me I did install the User Country Flag and it works really good
but this one the Flags on Index isn't working... I will try to figure it out
