Installation

1. Upload the file from the zip

root/refer.php
root/inc/plugins/easyrefer.php
root/inc/languages/english/refer.lang.php

2. Login to your admincp and ACTIVATE the plugin (Easy Refer) in the plugin manager.

3. You will see a new setting under "User Registration and Profile Options" for "Show Referrals" which allows you to prevent members from seeing other members referrals.

4.(optional) Edit your header template and add an Invite or Refer link to refer.php.

Good icon. But if anyone's looking for consistency with the rest of MyBB's icons, this will work well, from FAMFAMFAM's Silk set (almost every icon MyBB uses is from this set):

Great release! It would work best if it is combined with MYPS too, so as each member has a referral to the forums, they earn MYPS points too.

MYPS will have a "per referral" setting in the next release.

The MYPS integration will be great. Give added incentive for members to get referrals.

What about a version like on Facebook where you can refer a load of people from peoples hotmail, gmail etc?
