Would it be possible to use this to restrict a user from posting a new thread (anywhere in the forum) until X amount of posts? This would help with spam prevention as most spammers make threads rather than replies.

I like this one good for forums once you get a little bit of active members, what I don't like about hackforums don't take this personnel or anything labrocca is that minimum characters per post.
