Install:

• Upload ./inc/plugins/name_res.php into your ./inc/plugins/ folder
• Go to your PluginManager and Activate the "Username Change Restriction" Plugin.
  

Settings:
Set an Amount of Username Changes a User Can Make.

What:
Restrict the username changes of all your users.
They can change it by default 5 times; admins overwrite this though.
Don't forget to change the option CanChangeUsername to 'yes' for all the groups you want ...

Nice plugin Lex. Nice. Similar to Labroccas one but cool none the less. I like the fact it states how many changes left.
