Download Active level bar Plugin

Hey Guys!
I'm really sorry I couldnt create a new thread in the plugins thread because I don't have premission to create a newthread there and I want labrocca that release it to the plugins thread.
I searched the site and I found that someone want plugin that shows the user activation's in a bar.
Here it is!!!

What:Active level bar shown in every postbit.
read me: Instructions for installing HP / MP / EXP.

Upload hpmpexp.php to inc/plugins

Upload the rpg folder to images

Add the following to the Additional CSS box at the bottom of the themes editor.

.rpg1 {
border: 1px solid #000000;
text-align: left;
}
.rpg2 {
background-color: #C0C0C0;
}

Activate the plugin, and your done!

I forgot It IS ENGLISH NOT PERSIAN. I thought that some one would made mistake because of screen shot is persian

I think its safe to say that because this plugin is 2 years old, is chances of working on 1.6.2 are slim.

Even if it was working, what does it do?
