I'm not trying to sound mean that's one very ugly theme. I myself can't make themes to save my life but I could do better than that..

If you are going to the colors, there are very different opinions possible...
I myself do like dark themes like the one at my homepage but other people prefer something more colorful or light.
In generally you can say that this theme is popular and one of the most downloaded themes at MybbAddons.com
