Just to let you know, the archive download at MyBB plugins for this plugin is the inline ads plugin instead. You might want to reload the correct archive.

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be because of one of the following reasons:
Your account has either been suspended or you have been banned from accessing this resource.
You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action.
Your account may still be awaiting activation or moderation. (Resend Activation Code)

You are currently logged in with the username: 'markes01'

What is wrong ?
I can't download this.. :/

Is there any way to make it so mods and supermods can use this feature as well? Where would I edit the code?

The plugin should allow moderators to ignore members just not the other way around.

If you want one moderator to be able to ignore another ...change this:

if ($post['usergroup'] != "3" && $post['usergroup'] != "4" && in_array($post['uid'], $ignoreids) && $mybb->user['uid'] != 0)

To this:

if ($post['usergroup'] != "4" && in_array($post['uid'], $ignoreids) && $mybb->user['uid'] != 0)
