If a report has already been made for a post. It can't be reported again.

MyBB could make this default with only a few lines of code. I don't know why they allow a post to be reported more than once to be honest. It's probably just an oversight but I was tired of it.

Would it be possible to... lets say... When its in the Report Queue it cant be reported again but when when a moderator has seen it and dealt with it and it is no longer in the Queue it can be reported again?

Yes I debated doing that.

I'll provide the instructions on this tomorrow. It's just one line change for the query.
