how can i make it in sections that post count doesnt count neither will the points

Ok to do this you first need to access the admin cp. Once you have done this go to the top header tab in the acp called "Forums & Posts"

Next you will see a long list of your threads and categories that you have made. Now click on the "option" tab on any of the threads/forums/categories and click "edit forum"

Once here again there is a long list, scroll all the way down untill you see a list called "Miscellaneous Options" In that list there is an option at the bottom that says

"Yes, posts in this forum should count towards user post counts"

Unclick this box and save your settings. Now the posts do not count for a user when posting in this thread.
