Yea its radio active theme. that is here on this board. Its just modified.

That is correct my theme is based off my smf theme and not from the master Fash Black Theme.

It is still copied from the radio theme. You did not make the images nor the css your self. It is a stolen customized theme with no copyrights to the original creators.

What makes a theme stolen the template or the images? Can you call the default theme yours after you have mod it?
