How do I install the theme?

As with all themes, just upload the folder "BL" to /images/ via FTP then import the .xml file via the MyBB Admin CP.

What are the license terms for this theme? May I claim it as my own?

You can use this theme anywhere you want: be it on a commercial site, a localhost install or whatever. You can even re-distribute this theme - so long as you keep the copyright button found in the footer intact!

Yeah! Looks awesome. Erm... but there's a thing that i don't like... It's the toplinks (i mean, menu). It's just a little simple... it'd be better if you try to put it a background or something that be attractive.

Hm, yeah. I'm going to have it so the tabs change colour as you hover, but I know what you mean I'll have a look at it tomorrow ^^
