The plugin file has a problem, it displays the avatar in full size so heres how to fix that find

if(!$thread_user['avatar']) {

And underneath that replace the rest with:

$thread_avatar = "<img src='images/default_avatar.gif' width='40' height='30' alt='User Avatar' title='{$thread_user['username']}\'s Avatar' />";
}
else {
$thread_avatar = "<img src='{$thread_user['avatar']}' width='40' height='30' alt='User Avatar' title='{$thread_user['username']}\'s Avatar' />";
}
}
?>

Change, width and height to your likings.

Idk, its an okay mod but its nothing i would want to improve because most sites dont use this because having a person that post's alot can make your forum look very unattractive, im a majority of my forum post's at http://www.cryptx.org and i had this set up for a minute and all i seen was my avatar, almost looked like a glitch.

So dont use this unless you have thousands of member's.
