I'm sorry, but you are banned. You may not post, read threads, or access the forum. Please contact your forum administrator should you have any questions.
I believe you can access the hosting panel, if yes then run the query on the PHPMyAdmin there.
Select the relevent database where you run it.

That's what I did... The quote I posted was the result after I ran the query... same issue as before....

5,3,2 i don't know which group number is admin for your forum. It is 4 by default

mybb_users is the table name I use... I haven't customised anything in the database just yet..

P.S I even tried manually editing it and still banned...

I would check the permissions on your current usergroup. Otherwise, I would try making a new usergroup, since you can access the ACP. Call it "Administrator" and move yourself to it.

Run the below queries one by one.

PHP Code:
DELETE FROM `mybb_datacacheWHERE `title` = 'usergroups'

PHP Code:
UPDATE `mybb_usersSET usergroup='4' WHERE uid='your uid'

PHP Code:
UPDATE `mybb_usergroupsSET `cancp` = '1' WHERE `gid` = '4'

Create another user and give it admin perms? Make it a super admin too. That should help, I think.
