A plugin that locked/deletes threads when....

I think it would be great if someone could make a plugin where like after a certain amount of topics/post reported (We choose the amount ether by text edit or admin cp) but after the amount we choose it ether deletes it or locks the thread

also would be cool if their was a plugin where only 1 member could only report a thread
after that says a text like "We are sorry already reported"


I think the first would be cooler though and popular!
