Fatal Error with index.php (MyBB)

I just refreshed my website and I got this error:

I have been uploading a lot of plugins lately and I can not remember if I uploaded any that should mess with the index.php file.

Here is a picture of my index.php file: (Line 48)

It also only does this on the computer. Not my iPhone. I have tried it on 7 different computers and I have used a different and browser.
