Header/footer image behind the maincontainer? Help needed

Hi there,

i need a litte bit of help . My GW2 guild got a new site and now we need to replace our old forumstyle too. No problem mainly, but i cant get the header image behind the content as it is on the mainpage (http://www.eve-gilde.net)

The same with that footerimage, where can i place it and how can i put it behind as the same as the headerimage or like the original footer on the mainsite.
