I really like the design but you have way too many forums. I think you could combine lobby and general since it's pretty much the same. I would also center the tabs and put some spacing between them. I also think the header's very bad since it has view todays post and view new posts, in a navigation bar like that it's very ugly. Also curving everything would be very good.

Your theme creator can do all of the above (he made my theme too )
