Well, I want to be able to download plugins and stuff, but I can't pay because PayPal need me to bind an credit card, so I can't use the PayPal money on it.

Well, is it possible that I can get an PayPal email to send to? I'll send as gift and I'll take the fee on it....

I really want this, but I can't pay :/
